Stray Animals Day 2012

90 spay/neuter procedures in Tg. Jiu for Stray Animals Day on April 2-4. Dr. Aurelian Stefan and nurse tech Ruth Osborne were the two RAR team personnel who performed 90 spays/neuters in Tg. Jiu.  We will be returning to Tg. Jiu for Pro Animals to spay/neuter 60 additional animals for the community.
