RAR owns a caravan, which is used as our mobile clinic. With it, we reach towns that do not yet have the necessary equipment to perform modern spay/neuter procedures. The caravan is now 30 years old, and must be replaced. Please help us find a replacement.
The World Woof Tour visited us in Sibiu, Romania, during our Spayathon. Romania Animal Rescue organized the event on behalf of Animal Life Sibiu, which was very well received. Drs. Daniel Gheoca and Aurelian Stefan sterilized 110 animals during this event. We would like to thank everyone who helped contribute to the funding, and volunteering at the event.
As of the end of 2009, we have funded nearly 6000 spay / neuter procedures! Our goal is to focus the funding of spay / neuter procedures on Bucharest, Hateg, Giurgiu, Tecuci and Cluj / Napoca, Romania. We are also seeking sponsorships so we can spay / neuter more strays.
