Spay Day 2010                            All 50 dogs sterilized today were street dogs. Some have been adopted, including one that was born without eyes! In total Dr. Aurelian and his vet team spayed/neutered 110 dogs for the February Spay Month in Craiova. Dr. Aurelian's successful spay day work puts the total number of spay/neuter procedures at 6133! Slatina      Gratiela Ristea, from Slatina Romania, sent us these photos. They are very disturbing, as once in the dog pounds, these dogs will suffer terribly. Please help us to spay/neuter so that more dogs will not end up like this! If you would like to donate to help us transport dogs that are already in pounds for adoption outside of Romania, we will be very happy to rescue as many as we can afford. Neuter or Spay - No More Strays!! |
